The membership is comprised of men, women, and children of all ages representing a wide range of running experience. CSR-sponsored events range from road races, fun runs, fitness clinics, and social events, to cross country runs and track meets. Proceeds from CSR races and membership fees are put back into the club to purchase or replace equipment, print and mail race schedules and information to members, and to purchase awards for scheduled races. Volunteers do all club promotions and race management, and run the club's internal affairs.
